1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Golden Magician are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once access to the course has been granted.

2. Course Access & Usage

• Upon successful payment, you will receive lifetime access to the purchased course.
• Sharing or reselling course content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without a refund.
• Ensure you have a stable internet connection and compatible device to access the course materials.

3. Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• If you are charged twice for the same course due to a technical issue, we will process a refund for the duplicate charge and amount will get credited in 3-5 working days to your account.
• If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the course and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 working days.
